How to Return

Email us at returns@mushroomtree.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide return instructions and the return address.

Please retain proof of postage for your records, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 working days of receipt of the returned item.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order.
